My Approach
I teach mindful movement – yoga that builds active mobility, resilience, and balance. Rather than chasing depth in a pose for its own sake, the focus is on moving well: developing strength through your full range of motion, steadiness on your feet, and a body that’s resilient to the demands of daily life. This is yoga that meets you where you are and grows with you.
Private Yoga
Private yoga is where my two worlds meet. I blend my background in corrective exercise and fitness with a yoga practice drawing on Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative Yoga – all aimed at building stability, mobility, and balance.
One-on-one sessions let us tailor everything to you: improving strength and mobility, managing chronic pain, and correcting the postural imbalances and movement patterns that build up over a lifetime. You’ll reconnect with how your body actually moves and rebuild it from the foundation up.

Mindful Chair Yoga A gentle, accessible practice done from (and around) a chair — building mobility, strength, and balance without getting down to the floor. Ideal for anyone managing limited mobility, recovering from injury, or easing back into movement. Sundays 8:00 AM · Wednesdays 8:00 AM
Yin & Restorative Yoga A slow, deeply relaxing practice combining long-held Yin poses with fully supported restorative postures. A reset for the nervous system and a release for tight connective tissue. Sundays 7:00 PM
Play.Flow Movement as exploration. This class weaves together yoga, Pilates, Animal Flow, and whatever else gets you moving in new ways — crawling, reaching, rolling, flowing. Less about getting the pose “right,” more about rediscovering how good it feels to move. Expect to leave energized in both body and mind. Sundays 9:00 AM
In-Person Classes
I teach a full weekly schedule around Fort Collins. Follow me on Instagram for updates and announcements.
Monday
- Chair Hatha Yoga (9am, Fort Collins Senior Center). Experience the full spectrum of yoga – poses, breathwork and meditation – from the comfort and support of a chair. A safe, accessible practice that builds strength, mobility and ease while allowing space for both focus and relaxation.
- Advanced Beginner Yoga (4:30pm, Fort Collins Senior Center). Previous yoga experience expected, with modifications offered for varying levels. Release stress and improve balance, flexibility and strength with some more challenging poses. Mindfulness and breath techniques are woven throughout.
- Yin & Restorative Yoga (5:45pm, Fort Collins Senior Center). Tap into the body’s natural healing abilities by combining two complementary practices: yin yoga, which uses passive holds to gently work into the fascia and connective tissues, and restorative yoga, where full prop support invites the nervous system into genuine rest. Spent entirely on the ground, this class will leave you deeply relaxed and renewed.
Tuesday
- Slow Flow Hatha Yoga (12pm, Foothills Activity Center). Nurturing, fun and non-competitive. Improve balance, strength and flexibility as poses are linked together slowly with attention to breath. Philosophy and stress management techniques are woven in. Designed for beginner and intermediate levels.
