GROUP CLASSES

The Tao of Hatha

A unique and enriching class that blends the ancient wisdom of Taoist philosophy (and occasionally Zen Buddhism) with the traditional practice of Hatha yoga. The class will delve into the natural harmony and balance found in both systems, particularly the concepts of moon and sun (yin and yang) energies. Each class will feature a combination of sun and moon salutations, carefully sequenced to reflect natural and astronomical developments, such as the phases of the moon or the changing seasons. This will help students stay connected to the world around them and promote a deeper sense of inner balance and peace. This is an all-levels class.

Schedule: Tuesdays, 09:00 – 10:15

Yoga Body Sculpt

A strength-building Vinyasa flow class that focuses on sculpting your buns and thighs while flattening your belly and strengthening your core.

Schedule: Saturdays, 10:15 – 11:15

Location: Crunch Fitness Fort Collins

PRIVATE YOGA

My unique teaching style combines Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, and Gentle Somatic Yoga to improve strength, enhance mobility, manage chronic pain, and correct postural distortions, joint dysfunction, and muscular imbalances. Many of us experience Sensory Motor Amnesia, a condition that arises when we ignore our body’s messages in response to physical, mental, and emotional stressors, leading to habitual patterns that manifest as fatigue, chronic pain, stiffness, and a lack of mobility and flexibility. Through one-on-one sessions, you’ll reconnect with your body, correct these imbalances, and achieve optimal health and well-being. Transform your practice and life with individualized guidance that meets you where you are.

Private yoga sessions are available for 1-4 clients, offering personalized attention to meet your specific needs. Whether solo or with friends, you’ll receive the focused guidance required to deepen your practice. Please refer to the attached price list for detailed pricing information.
